undocumented but used functions

Hi all,

I noticed that acountry.c and ahost.c, two of our demo examples, use
ares_inet_ntop() and ares_inet_pton().

None of these functions are part of our documented public API and I would like
to clean this up.

Anyone who feels strongly enough about this subject to speak up for either
making them part of the API or for properly removing the use of them from the
examples?
