Hi,
I noticed that c-ares has recently been enhanced to support the EDNS OPT
pseudo-RR (many thanks Ghennadi!). However, I'd like to also use the
sub-option mechanism described in RFC2671 s4.4, which it doesn't look like
the patch supports.
Is there interest in a patch I'm preparing to add support for this?
(If there is, I guess it would be nice to get it included before 1.10.0
gets released, because it will probably involve another API change to add
extra parameters to the new ares_create_query() function. Any hints on how
long I've got before 1.10 becomes official?)
