here are 2 patches to fix some problems with Windows CE. I still have a
problem in ares_gethostbyaddr.c, for all the Reg* calls. For example, line
194, the second parameter is a Windows NT specific value, while I should
pass a Windows CE value. I can't find in msdn what the value should be.
plaese review the patches.
