I really wouldn't mind if you'd do that and I don't think the look of the logs
will be that strange.
But I edited my patch now and committed it using ares__tvnow().
About the ares__tvdiff() function, I guess we can simply remove it or ifdef it
out as there's just nothing that uses it and my patch uses the
ares__timedout(). I left it using that function since I think it'll perform
slightly faster.
