Ok, library checking for clock_gettime() is now in CVS.
A full day autobuild spin is needed to verify it introduces no problems.
The check will try to locate clock_gettime() without linking
additional libs and if not found will try librt and libposix4. Any
other library where clock_gettime() might live ?
